परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयले गलत सूचनाका आधारमा विदेशको सेनामा काम गर्न नजान आग्रह गरेको छ ।
मन्त्रालयले मंगलबार एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी गरी केही सामाजिक सञ्जाल र सञ्चार माध्यममा नेपाली नागरिक विदेशी सेनामा भर्ना भएको भन्ने समाचारका सम्बन्धमा मन्त्रालयको ध्यानाकर्षण भएको जनाएको छ ।
मन्त्रालयद्वारा प्रकाशित उक्त प्रेस विज्ञप्तिमा भनिएको छ, ‘विदेशी सेनामा नेपाली नागरिक भर्ना सम्बन्धमा परम्परागतरूपमा सम्झौताअन्तर्गत केही मित्रराष्ट्रको राष्ट्रिय सेनामा भर्ना हुँदै आएकोमा बाहेक अन्य विदेशी सेनामा नेपाली नागरिक भर्ना हुन अनुमति दिनेसम्बन्धी नेपाल सरकारको नीति नरहेको जानकारी गराइन्छ । अतः कसैको झुक्यानमा परी वा गलत सूचनाका आधारमा युद्धग्रस्त मुलुकमा सुरक्षासम्बन्धी काममा नजान हुन सबैमा अनुरोध गरिन्छ । यस्ता कार्यमा संलग्न हुँदा आइपर्ने जोखिम र उद्धारमा हुने कठिनाइप्रति सजग रहन सूचित गरिन्छ ।’
