झापा । पछिल्लो समय झापा जिल्लामा डेंगी संक्रमित बिरामीको सङ्ख्या ह्वात्तै वृद्धि भएको पाइएको छ । श्रावण महिनाको दोस्रो सातासम्ममा झापा जिल्लामा २सय ३८ जनामा डेंगी रोगको संक्रमण पुष्टि भएको स्वास्थ्य मन्त्रालय कोशी प्रदेशका कार्यक्रम अधिकृत जीवन चम्लागाईंले जानकारी दिएका छन ।
झापा जिल्लाका विभिन्न पालिकाहरू र अस्पतालहरूमा ७ सय ३६ जनाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गर्दा सबैभन्दा धेरै कनकाई नगरपालिकामा डेंगी संक्रमणका बिरामीहरू फेला परेको जानकारी प्राप्त भएको छ ।
डेंगी संक्रमणका बिरामी दमक, शिवसताक्षी, गौरादह, भद्रपुर नगरपालिका र बाह्रदशी र गौरीगञ्ज गाउँपालिका बाहेक जिल्लाका अन्य सबै पालिकामा देखिएको मन्त्रालय कार्यक्रम अधिकृत चम्लागाईंले बताए ।
सन् २०१२ मा झापामा पहिलो पटक काँकडभिट्टामा डेंगी संक्रमित फेला परेका थिए । जिल्ला स्वास्थ्य कार्यालय झापाका महामारी रोग फोकलपर्सन एवम् जनस्वास्थ्य निरीक्षक कुलबहादुर पौडेलका अनुसार सन् २०२२ मा कूल ५४ हजार सात सय ८४ डेंगी सङ्क्रमितहरू मध्ये ८८ जनाको मृत्यु भएको थियो ।
मृत्यु हुनेमा ५३ प्रतिशत पुरुष र बाँकी ४७ प्रतिशत महिला रहेका थिए ।
