Kathmandu, July 6: The ruling coalition has concluded that Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ should not resign from the post due to his remarks.
A meeting held at Prime Minister’s Official residence Baluwatar on Thursday decided that PM Prachanda does not need to resign due to remarks he made in any past context.
Speaking to the journalists after the meeting CPN (Unified Socialist) vice chairman Rajendra Prasad Pande said the meeting also concluded that the main opposition Party CPN (UML)’s demand of PM’s resignation following his remarks is against the parliamentary system.
Pande said the meeting come to the conclusion that Prime Minister Prachanda doesn’t need to resign.
